Almost unlimited books on Bhagavad Gita are available in the market… both in print and e-form. Some are commentaries… others summaries but most books on Bhagavad Gita available in market had literal translation of scriptural text that did not get us anything in life. It is by following spiritual path undertaken by Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana… I finally realized God in 1993 at 37 years of age!
Throughout my life, I have tried to glance through myriads of books relating to Bhagavad Gita. In my 50 years of spiritual travail I have yet to find a book that was written by an ordinary mortal… commoner and following which human beings gained enlightenment. As a commoner, one from masses it is extremely difficult to follow precepts of spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita.
People wait to meet a spiritual master to guide them in their spiritual journey of life. Such was never to be. No spiritual master would accept one as a pupil… a worthy student unless one reached a particular stage on path of pure spirituality. It is not merit of spiritual master that is at stake but capability of student that is in question.

As cosmic life of human beings is controlled by inscrutable laws of karma… we must always indulge in acts that precipitated Punya karma.
