अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते ।
इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः ॥१०-८॥
Transliteration:
In Bhagavad Gita chapter 10 Verse 8, it was through Lord Krishna God Almighty again emphasized that he alone was the originator of entire cosmos that consisted of many universes, billions of galaxies, billions of stars and millions of life supporting planets like mother earth. God Almighty (Brahman in Hinduism) being originator of all things cosmic is an absolute fact of life. Why? As per Hinduism scriptures unless God Almighty (Brahman in Hinduism) exploded self with a big bang… the present cosmos would never have formed.
Lord Krishna further says entire manifest creation… all its related activities result from God Almighty. Nothing in cosmos resulted of its own. Every single act, every single indulgence of karma owed its existence to grace of God Almighty! Right from stage of big bang to dissolution of entire cosmos… everything is predetermined, preprogrammed by God Almighty from beginning of time! Our existence in human form, our indulgence in karma… all results from grace of God Almighty! In absence of God almighty… the present cosmos simply could not exist!
A true seeker of God, one who had absolute faith in God Almighty, travelled path of bhakti yoga only by grace of God Almighty. A true seeker of God finally realizes that behind every act laid hidden hands of God Almighty. Indulging in praises of God Almighty is a pastime for a true Bhakta of God Almighty! Whether we indulged in praising Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu or Lord Shiva… a true traveler of spiritual path, religious path finally realized that behind every god and goddess laid invisible hands of God Almighty (Brahman in Hinduism).
Truly inherent cosmic truths of life can only be realized by indulging in God Almighty! Absolute faith in God Almighty is termed shraddha in Hinduism. Bhakti demands total submission to God Almighty. Something extremely difficult to practice in present Kali Yuga, Dark Age… metal age! We can reach God via path of bhakti yoga only if we succeed in total submission to God Almighty! Most human beings world over did not understand true meaning of bhakti. Indulging in rituals (path of religion), chanting praises of God Almighty all the time if we think one could reach God Almighty… we were mistaken! God Almighty could never be reached that way. Total submission to God Almighty can only be practiced via nishkama karma path of yoga. We had to annihilate our ego in totality (Aham in Hinduism) to reach God in present life.
The Explanation
The big bang theory is still being debated by some scientists’ world over. The big bang theory as per Hinduism scriptures, particularly sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism was not a matter of speculation, debate! If we exist, if souls atmans existed in cosmos… it proves existence of God Almighty beyond doubt. The existence of souls’ atmans only became possible with existence of God Almighty! If an individual particle of sand is an independent soul atman, the whole mound God Almighty (termed Brahman in Hinduism)! If an individual piece of puzzle is an independent soul atman… the completed puzzle God Almighty!
Why God Almighty explodes self with a big bang can be understood from Hinduism concept of dissolution of cosmos (termed Pralaya in Hinduism)! As per sermon of Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna, when dissolution of entire cosmos (Brahmaand in Hinduism) occurred… all souls atmans automatically reached end stage of cosmic life, 8.4 millionth manifestation! Devoid of dross impurities within… all pure souls’ atmans in cosmos carried the volume of half a thumb! This half a thumb, collective power of all pure souls’ atmans in cosmos is what we called God Almighty in all its glory. This magnanimous primordial cosmic energy, size of half a thumb is responsible for creation of entire visible and invisible cosmos.
Only a true seeker of God finally realized these hidden cosmic truths of life. If a soul atman, the consciousness within indulged in karma, it resulted from hidden grace of God Almighty. The big bang, the dissolution of cosmos, the cosmic journey of 8.4 million manifestations by a soul atman… all occurred because of grace of God Almighty! In Bhagavad Gita chapter 10 Verse 8 Lord Krishna proves beyond doubt existence of God Almighty in cosmic system. Atheists, who did not believe in existence of God Almighty never made it to God in their lifetime. Only a true Yogi… traveler of path of nishkama karma yoga finally realizes the efficacy of believing in God. All souls’ atmans indulging in various manifestations were predetermined, preplanned by God Almighty! God Almighty never played an active role. It always acts as a Dhrishta (onlooker).
When a true seeker of God finally realized that seeking God was the only way out of this ephemeral existence… one indulged in path of bhakti yoga, nishkama karma yoga to reach God! Here Lord Krishna makes one thing absolutely clear… in absence of total faith in God Almighty nothing could be achieved in this visible mortal world! Hundred percent faith in God Almighty was necessitated to reach God in present life. The inner truths of life could only be realized by those seekers of God who had absolute faith in God Almighty. Most human beings world over never developed hundred percent faith in God Almighty… prime reason why most failed to reach God in their lifetime. Apart from absolute faith in God almighty… absolute truthfulness in all affairs of life was also necessitated. In absence of absolute truthfulness, nothing in field of pure spirituality could ever be gained by human beings.
We could not search for God half-heartedly. Such practices were devoid of merit. In the present Kali Yuga, dark age… metal age it is even more pertinent to remain hundred percent truthful in life to reach God! We could never see fragrance of a flower, but could feel presence of a flower only by its fragrance. All this results from our faith in God Almighty! Absolute faith in God Almighty had that tremendous power that even in a limited time span of 70 to 80 years of earthly life… a serious seeker of spirituality finally managed to reach God! Mounted with power of absolute faith, following path of absolute truthfulness ever since six years of age… I finally managed to reach God in the wee hours of third of August 1993. This is my last manifestation on mother earth. Moment I leave my mortal frame… I shall but attain salvation moksha forever! From beginning to end, it was only grace of God Almighty that I travelled spiritual path to reach God! All my life I believed in God that existed in my heart as my soul atman, the spirit within!
