Bhagavad Gita Chapter 5 Verse 17

तद्‌बुद्धयस्तदात्मानस्तन्निष्ठास्तत्परायणाः ।
गच्छन्त्यपुनरावृत्तिं ज्ञाननिर्धूतकल्मषाः ॥५-१७॥

Transliteration:

One who after directing one’s (buddhi) intellect and mind power towards God Almighty, establishing self in thoughts of God Almighty… finally reached stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (stage of absolute nothingness), and nothing to achieve further finally crosses over ocean of Samsara (worldly life) to reach God Almighty forever! Having become a pure soul atman, an enlightened one, a bodhi… a Jina, one need not manifest a body again!

One who finally cut across shackles of karma forever, one who after controlling five senses and mind becomes a pure soul atman, the spirit within… such an enlightened one, after freeing self from bondages of earthly life by travelling path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom) need not reincarnate again. For a Jina, a Mahavira… a bodhi, the cosmic cycle of life finally comes to end! In absence of dross impurities within, the need for a soul atman to manifest another body now ceased to exist! The process of reincarnation finally comes to an end.

The Explanation:

In Bhagavad Gita chapter 5 verse 17 Lord Krishna explains how a soul atman, the spirit within finally reaches cosmic end of life… 8.4 millionth manifestation, last in cosmic life cycle! Travelling path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom) when a person cuts across all bondages of earthly life (including Moha… extremely emotional attachment); one becomes free of all klesha (dross impurities within a soul atman) forever. Even if an enlightened one indulged in sinning, one would remain unaffected by fruits of karma performed.

To reach stage of an enlightened one… directing one’s buddhi (intellect) towards God Almighty was invoking all cosmic powers that be. By invoking pure thoughts the entire time one finally established absolute control over five senses and mind. Invoking pure thoughts all the time became possible when we practiced absolute truthfulness in all stages of life, no matter what! Since six years of age, I never indulged self in impure thoughts. By hearing sweet small inner voice of my soul atman, that seemed to come from within my heart… I finally reached God in 1993! This is my last manifestation on mother earth, 8.4 million manifestation!

For a serious seeker of spirituality… becoming one with God becomes possible when we directed all our energies towards only one goal… reaching God in present life! When we remembered God while eating, when we remembered God while drinking… when we remembered God while sleeping, there was no reason that one would never reach God in present earthly manifestation! Concentration of all earthly powers means attempting to remove klesha (dross impurities within our soul atman) sincerely and diligently at each and every stage of life slowly step-by-step! Klesha (dross impurities within our soul atman) could only be removed by establishing control over five senses and mind. In this process, our buddhi (intellect) guided us all the time.

By remaining truthful all throughout, by invoking positive thoughts all the time… a traveler of path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom) finally removed all traces of ignorance within our soul atman. In this act… path of nishkama karma yoga came to our rescue! By offering fruits of karma performed to God Almighty all the time… one finally succeeds in negating karma to zero. Karma having negated to zero… one finally becomes a pure soul atman, the consciousness within! Only one who had absolute faith in God Almighty finally realized that God Almighty was the only truth of life. When everything in cosmos belonged to God Almighty… why not direct all our energies in reaching God at the earliest?

A soul atman gaining absolute purity forever means, cycle of birth and death finally coming to an end! The need for a purified soul atman to manifest, to reincarnate another body now ceased to exist! The soul atman finally liberated self from bondage of earthly life forever. An enlightened one, moment one left mortal frame reached stage of salvation moksha. The liberated soul atman thus entered abode of God (kingdom of God)… termed Vaikuntha in Hinduism, a point of no return! The pure soul atman remains in Vaikuntha until eternity… i.e. until dissolution of entire cosmos occurred (termed Pralaya in Hinduism)!
